Order payment:

As soon as we receive your order payment by 10 AM, the order will be dispatched on the same day or on the next morning at the latest.

The payment for your order which includes product cost, Shipping cost and tax can be paid either by your credit card or by PayPal account.

Shipping:

We have a flat shipping rate on all orders across Australia. In case of any heavy orders/bulky items, there might be an additional charge which will be notified by our customer service team.

Returns/Refunds: 

In case you are unhappy with the order delivered, we can refund/ return your purchase only if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery.

The buyer must contact the customer service by email or through the contact form in the website. Shipping charges are non refundable.
